Vandrio Car Dealer Sales and Service app for iPhone and iPad

The Vandrio Sales and Service app works in conjunction with apps created by Vandrio for Car Dealerships. The Sales and Service app allows dealer service and sales departments to interact with customers through Dealer Chat.

Logged in Service Advisors or Managers will have access to customer service history and will be able to converse with a customer while away from their desk through Dealer Chat. The app can also simply serve to notify the advisor that the customer has contacted them.

For sales consultants it provides a mechanism to keep in touch with prospective and past customers. The sales consultant will be able to see which vehicles the prospect is interested in and can provide assistance as needed.
